| Banana Cake |
A few weeks back a member posted her version of this, this is mine.
Banana cake recipe with golden syrup. I would imagine so as long as it's deep enough - it does rise pretty high, and I only sprayed with cooking spray, which is why I used ring pan, but it came out easily anyway.
Banana Cake Recipe
- Pkt Aldi banana cake mix..as per pkt directions..i added 3 over ripe bananas..mashed
- Placed into greased round spring pan.
- Drizzled with golden syrup.
- Cooked 1 hour on high
- Just under 2 on low.
I didnt line the cooker, but i did place the cake tin on a trivot. I think its called. Had a little one from pressure cooker. Ive never cooked a cake in there before either and i didnt know if i should place tin on base of slow cooker.
