Beef Stroganoff |
Good old
beef stroganoff before picture. This is a really easy recipe to start with. Toss it all in, turn the sc on, and go to the beach!! Good luck
Beef Stroganoff Recipe
Toss 1.5 kg beef with 1/4 cup plain flour + 1 tbsp sweet paprika. Add 2 chopped onions, 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 400g button mushrooms, 1.5 cups beef stock and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Stir. Cook on low for 8 hours. Stir through 1/2 cup sour cream at the end.
Serve over fettuccini. I make the leftovers into a pie xxxxx.
If you want to make this paleo, omit the flour or substitute with arrowroot or tapioca. Or just leave the flour out. And replace sour cream with coconut cream. Serve over steamed or mashed veggies .
