Mozzarella stuffed meat balls in slow cooker for dinner tonight. No worries I like nice and easy. With busy lives and trying to feed upto 7 people this was easy and everyone loved it (even the most fussiest said was great).

Don't think I'm allowed to post. But I just cheated and bought already made meatballs (beef and lamb) from woollies in a pkt of 20, but mozzarella up into little pieces, make slight hole n push cheese in n remould balls. I browned off in frypan before adding to pasta sauce (again cheated with jar of dolmio bolognese) put on low for 6hrs.
The only problem with these is the cheese does ooze out so some of the balls don't have any lol.
