| Bacon Wrapped Chicken |
It is
bacon wrapped chicken, cream cheese stuffed chicken breast. My family love the crunchiness it gives when I crisp it in the oven after its been in the sc. It would come down to personal preferences I guess but for us. This is the way we like it
Bacon Wrapped Chicken Recipe
- First you layer your bacon strips into a lattice effect and then butterfly a couple of chicken breasts and bash them out and lay them on top of the bacon.
- Put a couple of blobs of philly cream cheese on top amd some sliced spring onions and season with salt and pepper. Can add some jalapeños if you like them. Tuck the ends in and roll up into a big roll.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hrs and then brown in oven. Annette, it does and it doesn't at the same time. There is a sauce element to it but it also has some cream left in it too. There is also a cray juice left in the bottom of the sc so I used that over the fluffed potatoes that I serve it with.
