Dinner tonight, first ever attempt at
quiche in the slow cooker. Yummy Apparently I'm allowed to make one everyday now. Lol
Yes it was actually really crispy & brown beautifully so I was surprised. I love cooking & I figured if it failed the dog will enjoy her dinner but she didn't get any.
Quiche Recipe
I squirted a little Olive oil in cooker and have it a good wipe. Line the base of cooker with puff pastry to make to nest, 8 eggs, 1/2 cup milk and any filling you desire and give it a good mix together, pour into nest and cover the top with a tea towel & lid, cook for approx 1.5 /2 hours on high. So easy & delicious .....xo
